Utility Line Locator I

Plains is hiring a Utility Line Locator I to support safe pipeline and facility operations. In this field-based role, you will use locating equipment, maps, and GIS tools to identify and mark underground pipelines and utilities before excavation. You will respond to one-call tickets, document field findings, and communicate with construction crews, landowners, and internal teams.
