Structural Analysis Engineer 3

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer 3 to support a leading aerospace client onsite in St. Louis, MO . This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute to next-generation aircraft programs focused on shaping the future of aerospace innovation. Responsibilities of the Senior Structural Analysis Engineer Lead the development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements to support system design and performance Analyze and verify structural integrity using analytical methods, finite element modeling (FEM), and advanced simulation tools Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams to define and validate the operational environment and system characteristics Drive design validation efforts through development of test plans, execution support, and detailed reporting of results Ensure compliance by documenting certification data and test outcomes for regulatory and customer requirements Lead investigations into in-service structural failures and drive continuous improvement initiatives Develop and enhance analysis tools and processes to improve efficiency and quality across the product lifecycle Operate with a high level of autonomy under minimal supervision Qualifications of the Senior Structural Analysis Engineer Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical field (ABET preferred) 10+ years of structural analysis experience 8+ years of aerospace experience , including analysis of primary structures, subsystems, or weapons systems Strong experience with: Hand calculations CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, NX/Teamcenter, SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, Pro-E) FEM tools (e.g., NASTRAN/PATRAN, Abaqus, Hyperworks, Stresscheck) Microsoft Office Suite Preferred: Experience with (CAESAR, Lifeworks, Mechanica, Common Structures Workstation) Additional Requirements Must be able to work 100% onsite in the Greater St. Louis area Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance U.S. Citizenship required Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $110,000-150,000+ depending on experience Full Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Zachary Piper Solutions
