About the Role:
BNC Autocare in Santa Rosa, CA is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Mechanic to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive professional ready to take the wheel, lead a crew, and deliver top-notch vehicle repairs and service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
• Lead and mentor shop technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors and customers
• Oversee and prioritize repair orders to maintain smooth shop workflow
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and shop procedures
• Assist with parts ordering and inventory management as needed

Requirements:
*8+ years of professional automotive repair and diagnostic experience

• ASE Certification(s) preferred or equivalent hands-on expertise
• Proven experience in a lead or senior technician role
• Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools and shop management software
• Strong knowledge of domestic and foreign vehicle systems
• Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
