Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Littleton, CO is seeking a Hardware Engineer Associate. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team on a recurring multi-year, critical program within C4ISR, solving problems, developing design features, and contributing to our mission-critical software within a multi-discipline team and dynamic Agile environment. Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen; this position requires a government security clearance and is located at a facility that requires special access. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Experience with CAD software tools. Hands‑on assembly experience. Desired Skills Previous DoD experience. Experience with MS Visio. Experience with prototypes or first-article builds. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Security Clearance Position requires a TS/SCI clearance. US citizenship is required for consideration. Work Arrangements Onsite, full-time: The work will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Schedule for this position: 4x10-hour day, 3 days off per week. Work schedules support a variety of alternate schedules; however, this position requires a 4x10 schedule. Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado (excluding major metropolitan areas) is $57,500 – $101,430. Compensation is based on factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education, key skills, market and business considerations.
