Senior Director, Talent Acquisition

RH is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to lead a world-class Talent Acquisition organization dedicated to attracting the “right” people and supporting our growing global luxury brand. The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will bring to life the philosophy, operating model, and capabilities that shape how RH identifies, engages and hires talent. Partnering closely with business leaders, the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will help develop and execute talent acquisition strategy, build scalable recruiting practices, and elevate the candidate and hiring leader experience while ensuring RH attracts people who embody Our Values. RESPONSIBILITIESLive and model Our Values every day.Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition organization that supports RH's continued global growth.Execute RH's long-term talent acquisition strategy to support the company's strategic growth objectives.Implement recruiting processes that elevate quality, speed, consistency, and operational excellence.Create talent pipelines across corporate, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, distribution, and executive populationsElevate the candidate and hiring leader experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.Establish recruiting analytics, workforce insights, performance metrics, and reporting that inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.Partner with business leaders to anticipate talent needs and develop proactive hiring strategies.Partner with technology teams to strengthen recruiting capabilities through technology, automation, and market intelligence.Evaluate emerging technologies, AI, and industry best practices to strengthen RH's talent acquisition strategy and capabilities.REQUIREMENTSProgressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a complex, high-growth, or global organization.Demonstrated success building exceptional Talent Acquisition organizations.Track record of influencing senior leaders and developing trusted partnerships.Experience designing scalable recruiting functions that support organizational growth.Strong business acumen, data analytics, and strategic perspective.Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.Experience supporting a luxury, premium consumer, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, or similarly service-driven organization is preferred.RH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
