Candidate Pay Rate: $52 - $36.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments following the PT's plan of care
- Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs
- Communicate patient status to supervising Physical Therapist
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active California PTA License (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Patient care and documentation
- Compliance and infection control
- Interdisciplinary collaboration
