Inpatient Phlebotomist (Level II)

Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience Three years of phlebotomy experience. Required Licenses & Certifications Phlebotomy Technician certification (PBT) or Certified Phlebotomy Technician certification (CPT). Required CPR Certification.
