Setup & Process Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 to $26.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Various shifts available ( Monday through Thursday )
- 1st Shift Schedule 6am to 4pm Monday- Thursday.
- 2nd shift Schedule 4pm to 2am Monday- Thursday.
- The Setup & Process Technician is responsible for complete mold and die setup, machine start up and shut down, and ongoing process monitoring and optimization.
- This role ensures safe, efficient production by performing equipment setups, making process adjustments, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- The position requires strong technical expertise in injection molding, hands on mechanical skill, and close collaboration with production, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams.
Setup & Process Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have previous plastic injection molding experience.
- Must have previous experience as a set up technician and a process technician.
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment.
- Must be proficient with manufacturing systems and software (e.g., Mattec, CMS, RJG, Microsoft Office).
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stretch for extended periods.
- Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and platforms
- Regular lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong manual dexterity and visual acuity.
