Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will count on wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise to ensure fresh items are available for members to bring home. You may juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders. Your smile enhances the shopping experience. What You'll Do Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate other associates, communicate effectively, and be flexible to support other areas. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to specifications, plan future and mass productions, prepare for seasonality, adhere to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines, maintain equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product layout. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions. Be an Owner: Drive the area's performance, manage exposure, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and meet customer needs. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Preferred Qualifications Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. Additional premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
