E-commerce & Growth Marketing Specialist Wholesale Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Why You’ll Love This Job: Full benefits include a strong 401k match, PTO, and other various other incentives What You’ll Do: Growth Marketing & Optimization Identify, develop, and execute initiatives to grow qualified traffic, acquisition, engagement and conversion Optimize digital marketing initiatives across paid search, paid social, SEO, email/SMS, organic channels Analyze ecommerce, customer, and sales data to identify trends and performance gaps Test hypotheses to improve campaigns, website performance, conversion, and customer experience Translate performance data into action; measure results and continuously refine strategies Proactively bring forward new ideas, technologies, channels, and approaches to drive measurable growth E-Commerce & Website Management Own the day-to-day quality and performance of the e-commerce website, including products, categories, landing pages, merchandising, promotions, and content Maintain accurate and engaging product information, images, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and supporting content Identify and implement improvements to site navigation, product discovery, on-page SEO, conversion, and customer experience Audit product content, maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency Troubleshoot website functionality and coordinate with internal teams and outside developers to test and implement improvements Campaign Execution & Content Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, web, paid media, social, and other digital channels Develop campaign messaging, landing pages, promotional content, and supporting digital assets Manage campaigns, projects, deliverables, and deadlines from concept through launch and measurement Coordinate creative assets, product information, and content needed to support the website Coordinate data across ERP, ecommerce, and CRM platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency Conduct regular quality checks of product data, pricing, images, descriptions, and website content Partner with purchasing, product management, sales, customer support, and other teams to execute ecommerce and marketing initiatives Work with developers, agencies, and technology partners to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and implement improvements Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows for greater accuracy, efficiency, and scalability What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, ecommerce, communications, or equivalent experience 5+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms Experience driving customer acquisition across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, or other channels Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn marketing, customer, and sales data into action Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and own initiatives from strategy through execution, measurement, and optimization Strong project management, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to balance growth initiatives with recurring ecommerce responsibilities Preferred Skills & Experience Experience with CRM, marketing automation, email, and customer segmentation platforms such as Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Experience with ecommerce platforms, CMS tools, ERP systems such as Prophet 21 (P21), and structured product data Working knowledge of conversion optimization, testing, lifecycle marketing, and SEO Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, marketing effectiveness, content, or workflow efficiency Experience working with developers, agencies, and technology partners Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or B2B product-focused environments About Dawson Dawson is a trusted staffing partner in Central Ohio.
