Engagement Customer Representative

BVM Agency Inc is hiring for an Entry-Level Customer Enrollment Representative in Merrillville, IN

We’re a fast-growing marketing and sales firm looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our expanding team. This is an entry-level opportunity with hands-on training and clear growth into leadership roles.

In this role, you’ll work directly with customers in retail and event-based environments, helping them explore services, enroll, and receive a top-tier experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in retail and event settings
• Explain products and services clearly while answering questions confidently
• Guide customers through the full enrollment process
• Support sales efforts by generating leads and following up with potential customers
• Build product knowledge to effectively match customers with the right solutions
• Track interactions and enrollments using internal systems
• Participate in daily training sessions to develop sales, marketing, and communication skills
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required (college experience is a plus)
• No experience required — full training provided
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive, motivated, and coachable mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
