TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Florence, South Carolina, 29505!

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (LDRP)

Location

Florence, SC | Acute Care Hospital

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM) | Every third weekend required | On-call required (2 twelve-hour shifts per 6-week period)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients, including high-risk OB cases, maintaining patient ratios of 1:2, 1:1, and 1:3 couplets as assigned
• Perform couplet care for mothers and newborns in the LDRP setting
• Participate in on-call coverage as required by unit scheduling needs
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Adhere to emergency response protocols, including potential assignment to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license (candidates with a pending SC license may be considered with proof of application)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Beginner, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM, NRP
• Demonstrated experience with Couplet Care and High-Risk OB
• Epic electronic health records experience required
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Advanced certification
• STABLE certification
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
