We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to fill four open positions for the upcoming academic years. This flexible hybrid role features a blend of three days onsite with two days of virtual services each week, allowing you to engage with students and collaborate with educational teams both in person and remotely.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Experience providing speech therapy within school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Comfortable managing caseloads across a variety of age groups and abilities
• Proficient in IEP documentation, progress tracking, and goal setting
• Strong communication skills to foster collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
• Motivated self-starter adept at both onsite and virtual service delivery
• Please note: VOCO platforms and SLPAs are not part of this role

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students, both onsite and virtually
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and provide interventions tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress and compliance
• Maintain thorough records and comply with relevant state and local requirements
• Engage families and educators to support student communication goals
