As a Security Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.58 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic in accordance with site requirements; verify credentials and direct authorized individuals to appropriate areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity. Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
