About the role We are hiring motivated sales professionals for a Junior Account Executive role focused on outbound calling, qualifying warm leads, and supporting the sales process. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role with a clear path to promotion into a Senior Account Executive (Closer) position. What you'll do Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads. Qualify prospective clients and gather key information. Educate clients on precious metals and retirement account options (IRA, 401(k) rollovers). Build rapport and handle objections effectively. Track all activity in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot). Stay informed on financial markets and pricing trends. Qualifications Required: 2+ years of phone sales/outbound calling experience. Experience with CRM systems and dialers. Strong communication and closing fundamentals. Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment. Preferred: Financial services, annuities, or precious metals experience. Knowledge of IRAs or retirement accounts.
