If you want an exciting career where you use your knowledge and experience to further develop and grow your career even further, then this is the opportunity for you!Data Coordinator Training and Development Program:The Medpace Data Management Training & Development (T&D) team will partner with each new hire to help develop those that are new to the industry and add continued support for those with experience. The program encourages team training while providing opportunities for one-on-one interactions directly with a T&D member. Each new hire will be provided with the following:Online training modules that include interactive exercisesT&D led workshops that ensure understanding of Data Management processes and industry acronymsOpportunities to join other new professionals in the department within the training coursesDirect support from one of the team’s T&D membersResponsibilitiesValidate entry database designsReport metrics and data trends on projectsIdentify data conflicts and issues on projectsWork with personnel from global research sites to resolve data conflictsReconcile data from multiple sourcesCreate and update study documentation on projectsParticipate as part of a team on various projectsQualificationsPharmD or PhD requiredBachelor's degree in a Life Science or related field with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, and experience with Excel and Word.Previous experience working with research and statistical data is preferred ideally in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.Travel: NoneMedpace OverviewMedpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing phase l-lV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries.
