About the Role

As a Service Technician (m/w/d) you will be deployed where technical know-how, personal responsibility, and customer orientation are required. Whether it's for commissioning, maintenance, modernization, or repairs: you ensure that our pumps and systems run reliably worldwide. You work directly with our customers, solve technical challenges on site, and contribute your expertise to the success of our projects.

Your Tasks

• You are deployed directly with our customers to ensure that pumps and pump systems function reliably.
• In the context of installation missions in and abroad, you take over the installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of pumps and pump assemblies.
• You analyze malfunctions, find the cause, and implement appropriate solutions.
• In the context of conversions, revisions, and modernization measures, you apply your technical expertise.
• Depending on your experience, you take over the management of construction sites and coordinate the work on site.
• As a competent contact person, you advise our customers on technical questions and support them in identifying further service and optimization potentials.

Your Profile

• You have a completed technical training in the metalworking sector, ideally supplemented by further education to become a master or technician.
• You have already gained experience in service, installation, or maintenance of pumps, machines, or other rotating systems.
• Knowledge in the areas of power plant technology, oil & gas, or refinery is advantageous, but not mandatory.
• You communicate confidently in German and can also communicate in English.
• You like to work practically, solution-oriented, and get involved on site.
• You have a driver's license class B.
• You enjoy varied assignments and are willing to travel regularly in and abroad.
• A professional and customer-oriented appearance completes your profile.
