Physical Therapist - Inpatient

Role Overview: A full-time Physical Therapist provides assessment, treatment planning, and implementation for patients, demonstrating leadership, education, and effective communication to support patient and family needs. The position involves general supervision within a hospital setting, fostering positive professional relationships. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions and adjust as needed to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and health management. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Lead and communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team. Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. California Physical Therapist License upon hire. American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire. Preferred: 1 year of rehabilitation experience.
