Bilingual Auto Parts Customer Service Representative

Location: Raleigh, NC

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

Frontier Auto Parts is an established aftermarket auto parts distributor serving collision repair shops throughout the Raleigh area. We have been providing quality automotive body and collision parts since 1998.

We are looking for a  Customer Service Representative who enjoys working with customers, handling orders, and staying busy in a fast-paced environment.  Automotive or auto parts experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist customers with their orders
• Create, enter, and modify orders accurately in our computer system
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, products, and order status
• Process returns, credits, and customer payments
• Enter information and navigate multiple computer screens and systems
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to repair shops and automotive customers
• Work closely with the team to make sure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks throughout the day

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience preferred
• Automotive, auto parts, collision repair, or parts-counter experience is a plus
• Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers
• Computer-savvy with the ability to enter data, type accurately, and learn new software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check

Schedule & Overtime

Monday through Friday. Typical schedules may include:

• 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Or a similar weekday schedule

Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate .
