Overview Registered Nurse – Part-time opportunity | $40/hr Location: One Lincoln Financial Field Way – Philadelphia, PA 19148 We are hiring a Registered Nurse to support Pennsylvania operations, providing direct patient care and employee medical services in pre-hospital, mass gathering, event environments. Responsibilities Deliver care in accordance with applicable state EMS protocols, company guidelines, and medical direction. Support clinical success, provide pre-hospital patient care, and fill open nursing assignments within the assigned CrowdRx region. Complete and submit electronic patient care records, perform equipment checks, and maintain narcotics inventory control. Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the receiving medical facility; maintain thorough patient care documentation. Maintain competency, knowledge, and psychomotor skills through ongoing laboratory and clinical experiences. Maintain documentation of licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety, and advanced procedures in the Employee Education Manual. Be knowledgeable in the use and routine maintenance of equipment and supplies used by emergency programs. Foster positive interpersonal relationships with colleagues, EMS representatives, hospitals, and the public sector. Fill open or vacant shifts within the assigned area; participate regularly in departmental activities, projects, and EMS committees. Attend and participate in meetings according to established guidelines; undertake and maintain as assigned. Act as a mentor and/or participate in the orientation of new employees; participate in continuing education programs. Qualifications Experience/Education/Licensing/Certification Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an adult emergency or critical care setting. Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP required. Must obtain trauma certification within 6 months of hire. Advanced Certifications (CEN, CCRN, CFRN) preferred. Instructor certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, ITLS/PHTLS preferred. Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret health-related journals, hospital reports, and job-specific legal documentation. Mathematical competency for basic arithmetic, unit conversions, and applying rate, ratio, and percent concepts to patient care. Problem solving: define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment; professionalism and confidentiality. Well-organized, analytical, and self-directed; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to relate to people at all levels.
