Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.ResponsibilitiesYour Role:AVP in Loan Servicing will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:Support a portfolio of 50-100 various credit facilities.Review loan documents, such as: credit agreements, amendments, waivers, fee letters, term sheets, etc., and translate legal language into calculationsProvide clear instructions to loan processing team to onboard new facility/loan into loan management system and validate inputs after completionEnsure accuracy of processing loan activity (draws, repayments, reallocations, scheduled and ad-hoc waterfalls)Prepare and review financial statements, investors allocationsMonitor financial and reporting covenantsAdditional loan servicing and reporting as neededQualificationsAbout You:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate and/or Accounting.A minimum of 3 years of experience in Asset Management role (loan servicing, risk/financial analysis, valuations, capital markets)Demonstrate understanding of debt instruments and relevant financial reportingKnowledge of real estate markets with a particular emphasis on multifamily, office, retail and senior living sectorsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong work ethic to meet daily challenges of a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skillsProficient in ExcelMultitasking and ability to perform under pressureExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalSentry PM or Cassiopeia a distinct advantageYour well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
