Position Details
- 100% outpatient practice
- Adults-only patient panel
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Optional 4-day workweek
- Light phone-only call coverage

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $255,000–$355,000
- Uncapped productivity bonus
