Responsibilities:

-Provide classroom and individualized support to students
-Assist students with academic tasks, classroom activities, and daily routines
-Support students with special education and behavioral needs as appropriate
-Reinforce positive behaviors and classroom expectations
-Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other school professionals
-Help maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
-Monitor student progress and communicate relevant observations to the educational team
-Assist with accommodations and individualized student support plans
