Safety Coordinator

The Safety Coordinator functions as a safety subject matter leader within an advanced offsite manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for implementing and enforcing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) programs, performing routine audits, managing subcontractor compliance records, and promoting safe work practices across production and trade teams. The position plays a critical role in reducing incident frequency and ensuring full regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Enforce EHS policies across manufacturing and field-related operations Perform routine safety audits and drive corrective actions Maintain subcontractor safety documentation and meeting records Facilitate safety meetings and support pre-task planning activities Evaluate subcontractor safety programs for compliance Promote hazard recognition and mitigation strategies Support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations Contribute to incident reduction and continuous safety improvement goals Qualifications 3+ years of safety experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments (degree preferred) OSHA 30 certification required ASP certification preferred Strong background in safety auditing and policy enforcement Proven leadership skills with strong follow-through Ability to collaborate effectively with trades, subcontractors, and operations teams Work Environment Offsite Manufacturing / Industrial Production Shifts 1st and 2nd Shifts Available Compensation $90K–$110K base + monthly performance bonus Travel Minimal #J-18808-Ljbffr iAccept Agency
