LPN/LVN - Home HealthPride Health is hiring an LPN/LVN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Peoria, AZ.Job Details:Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 40 Guaranteed Hours/Week | On-Call/Weekend: YesLocation: Peoria, AZCoverage areas: Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Goodyear, Litchfield, Litchfield Park, Surprise, Tolleson, Buckeye, Youngtown, Sun City, Sun City West, AnthemMileage reimbursed: YesJob Type: ContractContract Length: 14 Week/sPay Range: $34-$36 *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.Duties:Provide subsequent visits for home health patients.Provide wound care, catheter changes, compression wraps, trach care, wound vac management, medication management and education.Provide disease education, UA, NG tube care, nephrostomy tube care, and trach care.Requirements:License(s): Active LPN licenseCertification(s): BLS/CPRYears of experience: 1+Skills/Specialties/Technology: Patient care focusedEqual Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
