You'll assess members' needs, coach individuals and groups, build strong client relationships, and help members stay engaged long enough to achieve real results.We're looking for someone who combines fitness expertise with great people skills — a coach who can motivate, educate, connect, and build trust.What You'll DoCoach & Develop MembersConduct fitness consultations and assessmentsDesign and deliver safe, effective exercise programsProvide individual personal trainingLead group, virtual, and other club programming as assignedEducate and motivate members toward sustainable fitness goalsAdapt coaching to different abilities, backgrounds, and goalsBuild Your Client RelationshipsDevelop strong relationships with membersHelp clients stay consistent and accountablePromote personal training services to prospective and existing membersIdentify members who could benefit from additional coachingProactively reconnect with inactive membersHelp improve member engagement and retentionSupport the ClubParticipate in club programs, events, and marketing initiativesCollaborate with the rest of the Anytime Fitness teamParticipate in required staff meetings and development activitiesHelp maintain a clean, professional club environmentFollow the current professional dress code using provided Anytime Fitness attireRepresent Anytime Fitness professionally inside and outside the clubYou'll Thrive Here If YouLove helping people improve their health and fitnessCan build relationships with many different personalitiesEnjoy coaching, motivating, and educating othersAre comfortable talking about and promoting personal training servicesTake initiative and follow throughAre dependable, professional, and coachableWant to continue developing professionallyAre looking for a long-term opportunity in the fitness industryCertification RequirementsCandidates must hold a recognized Personal Training certification.
