Physical Therapist Assistant- Hospital Inpatient

Hospital Inpatient PTA - $2K Sign On Bonus - 7-12 patients/day Max - 401K with a 4% match + Free Continued Education

We are seeking a inpatient Physical Therapist Assistant to join our hospital team in Victorville, CA! This is a full-time position. You will provide direct patient care and support rehabilitation activities. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Direct and Supervise PT Aides.

• Passion around serving others!
• California license as a Physical Therapist Assistant or ability to obtain license.
• AHA BLS required
• Recent graduates and experienced Physical Therapist Assistants encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $35 - $43/hour + $2K Sign on Bonus, paid continued education, 401(K) with a 4% employer match, generous PTO, plus full benefits package.
