Family Medicine with OB opening in Virginia, MN - Visa EligibleLocated in Virginia, MN - Duluth, MN ~60 miles; Minneapolis/St. Paul ~150 milesFull-time or Part-time (0.6–1.0 FTE); PermanentH1B Visa Assistance Overview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician with OB (C-sections required) Opportunity to help build a combined Family Medicine and OB/GYN team Approximately 250 births annually at the local hospital “Baby Friendly” designated hospital with remote fetal monitoring Family Medicine physicians with surgical OB provide backup for C-sections Outpatient clinic with inpatient responsibilities and call required On-site chronic disease management nursing support 24/7 nurse online triage services Multi-specialty clinic environment with strong specialty support including Dermatology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Cardiology, and more Onsite services include lab, radiology, retail pharmacy, therapies, cancer center, and heart center Admit to adjacent hospital with 30 beds, Level I Nursery, Level IV Trauma designation, and Stroke Ready certification EPIC EMR system Strong compensation, relocation support, and generous time off (minimum 6 weeks annually)--- Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine OB required with C-section capability Ability to obtain a Minnesota medical license--- Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $323,400 plus additional incentives Bonus, quality, and production-based compensation opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage 401(k) with employer contributions CME and professional development support Generous paid time off (minimum 6 weeks) Relocation assistance offered Wellness programs supporting physical and mental health--- About the Area:Virginia is a small, close-knit community in northern Minnesota with a population of around 9,000 and a service area of approximately 30,000.
