Outside Parts Sales RepresentativeWe are currently seeking a driven and customer-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with wholesale parts & services customers and fleet businesses. Your primary goal will be to grow our parts and fleet service business by going business-to-business and establishing long-term partnerships in the community.Benefits:401(k) and 401(k) matching upon 1 year of serviceGroup Health, Vision, and Dental insurance (50/50 Employer/Employee split)Life Insurance is fully funded by the employerEmployee assistance programEmployee discountsEmployee Team Member ProgramsPaid time offParental leaveReferral programResponsibilities:Identify and develop new B2B relationships for wholesale parts and fleet servicesTravel to local businesses daily to introduce dealership offerings and build client relationshipsGenerate new leads and maintain a database of prospects and current customersMaintain consistent follow-up and communication with accounts to ensure satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with the parts and service departments to ensure accurate quoting and order fulfillmentMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metricsRepresent the dealership professionally within the community and at networking eventsProvide exceptional customer service and act as a knowledgeable resource for all client needsQualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B or outside sales, preferably in the automotive or commercial services industryCustomer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitudeCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilitiesOrganization: Ability to manage time, accounts, and leads efficientlySales Drive: Goal-oriented with a self-motivated approach to salesTechnical Skills: Comfortable using CRM software and mobile technology to track leads and follow-upsAutomotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive parts and fleet services is a plusLicense: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordAbout Us: Valley Truck Centers is a family-owned and operated company that was founded in 1964.
