Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Immediate openings are available for Florida-licensed SLPs ready to support students in a dynamic school community. Both seasoned therapists and Clinical Fellows will find a welcoming environment with supervision available if needed. Please note, at this time, only in-person candidates with an SLP license are being considered—SLPAs and virtual applicants are not eligible.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Florida
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow candidates welcome (supervision provided for CFs)
• Recent experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering student growth in diverse learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to a caseload of students in middle/high school settings
• Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district standards
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development as required

Position Details:

• Part-time contracted roles available at Taylor Middle High and Hinson Middle
• Contract spans from August 4, 2026, through May 28, 2027
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours each week
