School Bus Driver (Part-Time)

St. Stephen's Episcopal School is seeking a part-time afternoon Bus Driver to join our team! Available work hours are Monday - Friday from 4 - 10 pm. Job Duties Safely operate a bus or other commercial vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Transport students to and from campus for trips, athletic events, or other special events on the weekends. Maintain a clean and mechanically sound vehicle at all times. Ensure the safety of all bus riders, including correcting bus rider behavior as needed to maintain a safe environment. Perform inspections of the vehicle before and after each route. Attend safety meetings as required. Job Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous experience in bus driving or commercial driving is preferred. Must have current, unexpired class C driver's license and clean driving record; a CDL driver's license is not required. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
