Auto Collision Estimator & Customer Advocate

Texas Collision Centers in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Service Advisor to assess vehicle damage and determine repairs by visually inspecting vehicles and preparing repair estimates. You will explain the repair process to customers and coordinate with insurance as needed. The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced body shop environment.
