Production Associate - Days/Nights Swing Shift

Job Details

• Location: Henrietta, Texas
• Type: Full-Time / Temp to hire
• Schedule: Need to be available for ALL shifts
• Work Environment: Onsite – Primarily Outdoor Manufacturing Facility
• Pay Rate: $15.50

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety for yourself and your team at all times.
• Operate or assist with manufacturing equipment including machines, kilns, and forklifts.
• Perform manual labor including standing, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Load, unload, stack, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Follow production schedules and complete assignments based on supervisor priorities.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts and support overall plant success.
• Work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior manufacturing, industrial, forklift, machine operation, or labor experience preferred — but training is provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attendance and reliability are required.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow direction and adapt to change.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, automated production setting.
• Primarily outdoor work in variable weather conditions.
• Physical role requiring standing, climbing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
