Job Title Maintenance Analyst Location Virginia Beach, VA, US Organization Name Asset Management Ops Work Schedule and Other Information Hybrid (Telework/In-Office) Monday through Friday Brief Description Under broad guidance, the Maintenance Analyst is responsible for coordinating with Plant and Asset Management Staff to achieve maintenance and asset management objectives. The Maintenance Analyst maintains the standardization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), preventive maintenance schedules, inventory control and purchasing. Additionally, the Maintenance Analyst develops preventive maintenance procedures for plant equipment, ensures preventive maintenance is performed at the correct frequencies for the work center, and maintains asset equipment information. Job Requirements
Education

Required

• High School Diploma or GED

• Completion of HRSD's Apprenticeship Program or an equivalent formal maintenance trade school


Experience


Required

• Four years of maintenance or relevant experience such as in inventory or a warehouse

• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Products, preventive maintenance, and CMMS


Desired

• Experience in a similar position at a wastewater treatment plant

• High computer competency and able to use multiple databases and programs

Licenses and Certifications Requirements

• Valid Driver's License from state of residence

• The ability to obtain and maintain Federal and Virginia Port Authority Transportation Workers Identification Credentials (TWIC) for staff required to access the Army Base Treatment Plant
