RN

Registered Nurses are responsible for the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care delivery. The Registered Nurse provides clinical leadership to the patient care team for the assigned shift.

Submission Requirements

• 2+ years of ICU Experience - Required
• BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) - Required
• IL RN License - Required

• Work history
• Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
• 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
• Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates -50-mile radius restriction)
