Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a warm, positive, and respectful classroom environment
- Implement Primrose's Balanced Learning Curriculum
- Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities that support early learning standards
- Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning'
- Build strong, professional relationships with families through daily communication
- Maintain classroom schedules, routines, and transitions
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times
- Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and transitions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging, classroom
- Follow all state licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development

- High school diploma/GED required; experience preferred, but not required
