Job Summary:
Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) position in Joplin, Missouri. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care within a surgical environment, ensuring professional accountability and coordination with other departments. The position requires a focus on maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a hospital setting.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 3x12 shifts, 0630-1900, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license eligible in Missouri, 2+ years of OR experience, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, and current COVID-19 vaccination (flu vaccination required from November 1 to April 1; exemptions require client approval)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Stryker equipment and EPIC electronic medical records system; familiarity with surgical team coordination and patient care in the operating room setting
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care, maintains professional accountability, evaluates care effectiveness, coordinates patient care with other departments, and ensures patient rights and confidentiality are upheld throughout.
