These foremen will oversee water main repairs, hydrant replacements, sewer point repairs, and emergency utility work while managing a 4-person crew. The role requires heavy equipment operation and strong leadership in active infrastructure environments. Ideal candidates bring pipeline repair experience and crew management expertise.
