Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a Custom Product Assembly Tech - Flex Role for our Stellar Hearth Products by Heat & Glo team in Lakeville, MN .

Position Details

• Custom Product Technician - Flex Role
• Starting Pay Rate : $22.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Shift Details: Monday - Thursday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (OT as needed on Friday)
• Full Time / Direct Hire

Custom Product Technician Duties Include

• Focused work in our paint and shipping departments, with daily tasks shifting based on production needs
• Support other areas when needed to help the team hit daily goals
• Work across multiple production stages, including paint, shipping, pack-out, and assembly
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by completing all required5S tasks (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong hand and finger dexterity for hands-on production work
• Commitment to wearing proper PPE and following safe work practices
• Willingness to be cross-trained and jump between tasks as needed
• Openness to learning and applying Lean manufacturing principles
