For more information, please access our website: AMSURG, our clinician-led organization is changing the face of healthcare by delivering high-quality care that puts the patient first.Major responsibilities include:Monitors operational activities for effective and efficient management of daily operationsWorks collaboratively with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations and Clinical DirectorDirect supervision of nursing and patient careOversees medical staff/allied health credentialing and human resourcesDirects and participates in the Center’s Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI)Manages services provided by contracted vendorsDevelops, interprets, and implements policies, procedures, regulations, programs, and recommended practices to meet requirements of regulatory and accrediting organizations. Including but not limited to: infection control, quality improvement, environment of care, and emergency preparedness.Monitors and analyzes monthly operating report to promote cost containment and efficient use of Center’s resourcesKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required:Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College/UniversityAt least (5) years of healthcare-management experienceAt least 2–3-year experience in an ASCRN License is RequiredBLS certification and ACLS certificationAbility to multi-task task effectively and efficientlyRecognizes and defines problems, collects data, established facts, draws valid conclusions, and corrects errorsAbility to effectively present information, respond to questions, and professionally interact verbally and/or in writing with othersComputer literacyIf you are interested in working in an environment that provides exceptional patient care, please apply online.Apply Now!
