Hourly Pay Range $36.00 - $55.80 based on experience and expertise. Position Highlights Position: RN – Cardiac Neuro ICU Transition Program Location: Edward Hospital, Naperville, IL Full Time: 36 hour work week Hours: 7:00 pm–7:30 am (Nights) Classroom components are day shift; precepted shifts may be days or nights What You Will Do Edward Hospital offers a new Critical Care Nurse Transition Program for experienced acute care nurses who wish to transition into Critical Care Nursing. Participants train with a critical care nurse preceptor for 8–12 weeks and have an additional 8 weeks of dedicated educational time. Job Summary Provides professional nursing care in accordance with the Illinois Professional Registered Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies, and procedures. Employs critical thinking to assess patient condition, recognize changes, plan and evaluate care, monitor progress, and record observations. Delegates appropriate tasks to staff and functions as a team member to fulfill unit goals.
