How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead the assessment of clinical competencies and learning gaps to ensure the nursing team is empowered with the knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
• Design and implement evidence-based educational programs that bridge the gap between clinical theory and bedside excellence.
• Create innovative instructional materials and teaching tools tailored to the specific needs of your patient population and staff.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through measurable outcomes, ensuring our educational standards consistently drive clinical improvement.
• Document all educational progress and program success to maintain a transparent, high-quality record of professional development within the department.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Educator preferred.
• Educator specializing in Childbirth preferred.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 3-5 years of OR nursing experience
