Family Physician (Full Time )
Location: PHN Rochester Community Health Center: 176 Virginia Ave. Rochester, PA 15074 (Beaver County)
The PA Primary Care Career Center was founded to match up primary care providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, dentists, and more) with organizations that provide primary care services. We connect candidates to the most compatible opportunities and communities in which to live and work.
\nWe are seeking a full-time Family Physician to provide full range of outpatient comprehensive medical care for our site located in Rochester, PA. Physicians who are interested in part-time or per-diem hours are also welcome to apply. \nQualifications
\n- \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. \n
- Current PA License; and Current DEA License. \n
- 2 years of experience strongly preferred. \n
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records. \n
- Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision. \n
Practice Information
\nPrimary Health Network (PHN) in Beaver County, PA is a Federally Qualified Health Center that is TJC accredited. We are celebrating our 39th year of embracing excellence in healthcare. At Primary Health Network we strive to assist our patients toward a fuller, healthier lifestyle. PHN accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status and offer the sliding fee scale to all income eligible uninsured or underinsured patients based on annual household income along with a 340b drug pricing program.

\nOffice hours (40 hours) between:
\n\n Monday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm\n
\n\n Tuesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm\n
\n\n Wednesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm\n
\n\n Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm\n
\n\n Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm\n
\nNO WEEKENDS!
