We are looking for motivated, dependable, and people-focused Assistant Managers to help lead our locations and support our teams. As an Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Car Wash General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop team members, provide excellent customer service, drive sales and membership growth, and maintain the standards that keep our locations operating safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on management position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and taking ownership in a fast‑paced environment. Previous car wash experience is not required. Leadership experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, sales, customer service, automotive, or other fast‑paced industries can translate well to this role. What You'll Do Team Leadership & Development Partner with the Car Wash General Manager to recruit, hire, train, and develop Team Members and Team Leads. Lead by example and create a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment. Coach team members on customer service, sales, memberships, safety, and operational procedures. Help build a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement. Support scheduling, staffing, and daily team assignments as needed. Daily Operations Assist with the day‑to‑day operations of an express car wash location. Ensure the location is clean, organized, safe, and operating efficiently. Monitor wash quality and ensure company standards are consistently maintained. Ensure team members follow company policies, procedures, safety standards, and appearance expectations. Assist with opening and closing procedures and other daily operational responsibilities. Help identify and resolve operational, equipment, and facility issues. Learn and support all areas of car wash operations. Guest Experience & Sales Provide exceptional customer service and guest service and set the standard for the team. Help guests understand wash services, packages, and membership options. Support the team in achieving sales, membership, and customer experience goals. Identify opportunities to increase local sales and membership growth. Help resolve guest concerns and ensure customers leave with a positive experience. Business & Administrative Responsibilities Assist the Car Wash General Manager with reviewing location performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Monitor key operational and financial performance metrics. Use company software, point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other technology to support daily operations. Assist with inventory, supplies, and other administrative responsibilities. Communicate operational needs, team performance, and opportunities to site leadership. Qualifications What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is confident, positive, accountable, and ready to lead people in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate: Has at least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience — preferred. Enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating others. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Provides excellent customer service and understands the importance of the guest experience. Is comfortable with sales, membership growth, and achieving performance goals. Has strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Takes initiative and can work independently when needed. Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities. Has basic computer and technology skills. Is willing to learn car wash equipment, operations, and maintenance. Can work outdoors in changing weather conditions. Has previous experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, customer service, automotive, or similar industries — preferred but not required. Is dependable and committed to leading by example.
