Finance Manager

Our client is searching for a Finance Manager. This position has been created due to amazing growth. The position is local to the greater Philadelphia area and requires 4 days a week in the office. Local candidates only, please. This position is ideal for a candidate from manufacturing or construction familiar with WIP, cost, and long building cycles. Responsibilities and Requirements: Spearhead the financial close with the accounting team in accordance with GAAP Lead all budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI's etc Assist CEO and CFO with critical accounting and operational strategies Responsible for work in progress (WIP) and project site accounting. Strong history of leading operational optimizations and efficiencies Monthly forecasting of revenue and expenses Cost analysis Company ideally wants a CPA or CMA 10+ years of career progression.
