This position performs, supervises, and assigns maintenance work in multiple areas of the building trades, including construction, carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical, and related structural systems. This position supervises inmate workers and ensures assigned work is completed in a safe and efficient manner. Minimum Qualifications Knowledge of building maintenance and repair. Knowledge of related governmental codes and standards relating to general maintenance. Ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain facility buildings and furnishings. Ability to keep narrative and statistical records relating to the maintenance and repair of equipment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software Additional Considerations Ability to supervise staff and/or inmate workers. Working knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
