- Answering members' questions with a high level of customer service
- Developing marketing and social media materials for the gym
- Addressing member and employee issues
- Overseeing facilities attendants
- Maintaining gym standards for cleanliness and operations
- Cleaning the equipment and restrooms
- Making smoothies at the Power Bar
- You like interacting with people
- You enjoy leading others
- You don't mind cleaning or doing laundry
- You love helping people and are always willing to go the extra mile
