About the Role As a Line Cook at Chula Seafood, you’ll work alongside our culinary team to execute our chef-driven menu with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. You’ll be responsible for station setup, prep, service execution, cleanliness, and helping the kitchen finish every shift strong. This is a hands-on position in a busy kitchen with more fresh seafood than you’ll know what to do with. What We’re Looking For PM availability required Full-time availability preferred 1+ year of line cook or similar kitchen experience Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume kitchen Strong knife skills are a plus Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work clean and efficiently during busy service Positive attitude and team-first mentality Eager to learn, take feedback, and grow Seafood experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you the fish!
