All that we’re missing is you. About the role The Field Service Technician I is responsible for the clean-up and preparation for transportation of Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste. Field Service Technician I is expected to perform various tasks including but not limited to loading and unloading tanks and tankers with bulk liquids, complete inspection of equipment, hoses and connections as well as perform confined space entry. Position Responsibilities Safely operate equipment including but not limited to pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts and other power tools in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as OSHA requirements, and all local, state and federal laws. Handling, packaging and transportation of both Hazardous and Non-Hazardous materials Removes materials from tanks, pits, or trenches with hand tools for industrial and environmental cleanup. Work in confined spaces above or below ground and on or under equipment. Daily work in confined space entry, mechanics, industrial hygiene instrumentation, pneumatic tools, electrical tools hand tools and/or other tools as needed. Maintain a neat and clean working environment. Acts as a professional representative of Reworld while acting in an autonomous manner at a customer site. Complies with OSHA Health and Safety Rules and completes required training provided by Reworld. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school Diploma or GED preferred. Reworld offers GED Works – a fully funded program for employees to achieve their GED. Ability to travel 10-25% of the time, including overnight travel. Pay Transparency Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.
