An established leader in the apartment management industry is currently seeking Leasing Consultants on the MS GULF COAST area for future expected growth.

Requirements:

• Strong marketing skills with experience conducting outside marketing (familiar with Panama City market)
• Enthusiastic, Out-going and Professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & work weekends
• Self-motivated, with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leasing/marketing skills
• Advanced working knowledge of social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs)
• Enjoys planning & hosting resident social events
• Superior customer service skills
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

 

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

 

Work Location: In person

Pay - Hourly + Bonus Commission
